What shipping service is used for deliveries?
MyDukeShirts uses a variety of shipping providers. The carrier will be selected based on several factors, including the shipping destination and item weight. We are unable to accommodate requests for specific carriers at this time. We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.

Can I change my shipping address?
We cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed once the order has been placed. There is typically a small window of time when the order is processing where we can update the address before it ships out. Please contact Customer Service at

My order says it’s shipped, but I don’t see any movement on the tracking.
